Thing is, Leuer and Tele have higher winshares/48 than Kieff had last season. They're both shooting that well from deep. I think we're better off either way.

I agree with you, he is gonna be an steal. He is dumb, but he is a good basketball player...if you adquire him for a second round pick and an expiring he is gonna be gold for their next team. I would trade for him if the value is that low...and I am not a fan of him by any mean.

Kieff at his best is a solid scorer and good passer, that's it.

He rebounds like a girl (no offense to girls) and is a liability defensively.

How does Keef continue to have a posse of loyal defenders among the Suns faithful? Even ginoblipflops left the fanclub. Something I will never understand.Epitomizes the sorry state that we are in..

I just pray the Rockets deal is true and we're getting Jones. January 15th can't get here soon enough.

And I also pray that Brewer is not coming to us, that he's going to a 3rd team.

There's always people that have different tastes.

For example, we all thought letsgosuns was wrong when he wanted us years ago that both Morris twins are idiots and they should be off the team. Now it's looks he gets the last laugh.

They were always idiots going back to college, but he was still wrong about dumping them back when. You don't dump guys who have value when you're rebuilding. A ton of what he was advocating was literally just sending them away for nothing or bad players coming back or just an expiring. Even with Marcus post felony we got a 2nd. We probably will still get something for Markieff.

Just saying giving up guys with value is the worst thing you can do during a rebuild.

Completely agree. If we can come out of this Kieff situation with Terrence Jones, I will consider that very fortunate for the Suns. Just today on the radio the hosts were discussing some Suns "sources" who are saying teams aren't offering anything for Kieff. Maybe McD and Morey have a handshake deal done and are waiting for Jan. 15th to consummate. I personally don't care one bit if we have to take Corey Brewers $8million contract back.

#1. Bledsoe for Noel/Landry/Marshall. -- Eh... i prefer to keep Bledsoe over Knight, but who knows how he will be once returning from surgery. I am a huge Noel fan, but Landry is rather worthless, as is Marshall. It really says something when you have a highly touted "Pass first" PG, yet still get overlooked as the team drops a player for Ish Smith to come in and take over. Double that when Dantoni is in charge of the offense. This basically equals Bledsoe for Noel. I might do this if other moves were also made. MIGHT...

#2. Morris for Jennings. -- NO! Look, i dont mind Jennings at all. I used to be a big fan of his, but the only thing stopping me from saying yes is that THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I WANT MORRIS TO GET WHAT HE WANTS AND BE REUNITED WITH HIS BROTHER. I would take a lesser offer from another team just to make sure that Morris doesnt end up in Detroit.

#3. Chandler for Noah. -- Yes. Who knows how good Noah still is these days. Maybe he has something left and we get a much more versatile and athletic DPOY that we can re-sign in the offseason, worse case is he still sucks and we just dumped Chandler for an expiring. Win-Win situation for us.

#4. Chandler/Morris for Howard. -- Sure, why not. Howard is a star that still demands a double team. He could out rebound our top 2 rebounders combined. He still provides a nice defensive effort. Can/should we re-sign him? Who knows. If all else fails, we just dumped Chandle/Morris for an expiring. Once again, Win-Win.

#5. Bledsoe/Morris for Gordon/Anderson. -- No way. I am not willing to trade Bledsoe for 2 players that will be unrestricted FA's. We trade a top PG and get really nothing in return? No F'n Thanks!

Watching him on my fantasy team after trading for him, I've gotta say he really doesn't do a whole hell of a lot. I hope that changes, but people should research him and how he is doing before assuming he will be great.

He was leading the rookie of the year along with Wiggins.

Am I the only one noticing shooting skills as being the determining factor as what player looks "good" around here.

Geez... Korver as a rookie would of been everyones dream player.

So you like his 10 ppg, 4 rpg, 1.2 apg, .6 spg, .4 bpg? He hasn't hit one three pointer this season either. He basically just doesn't specialize in anything.

The big money in player analysis is identifying potential before it is fully in effect. If we wait until Jabari is 20/8/8 then by that time it is too late and he is not attainable. If we get him while he is at the stats posted above then he can grow into his potential. Reading the future is a tough craft. Evaluating potential is also tough.

I've been in favor of trading Bledsoe rather than Knight this whole time. His elevated level of play this season I think would increase his trade value, but now that he's torn his meniscus in both knees - a total of three times - one has to wonder what kind of trade value he has.

Plenty of PFs available in the lotto this year - I'd be shocked if we weren't able to identify the best one available at our slot.

Tucker, Chandler, Morris and Bled are all on my personal trading block.

As a rebuilding team, you have to draft BPA imo. There are limits to that logic, but I don't like going into the draft with a position we have to take. I think we really need to add a young 4 via trade so that it frees up the draft unless a PF we love is for sure going to be there. There are a lot of PF's in this draft in the top 30, so we could always grab one with the Cavs pick.

Agreed. Drafting for need is how you end up with a Markieff Morris instead of a Kawhi Leonard.

True, but I feel that if he wasn't overly hyped in HS he wouldn't be projected to be much of anything. Usually people will show something better than he has if they get that many minutes. Just about anyone.

He also didn't really take Duke anywhere and TJ Warren beat him out for ACC player of the year.

Agree. He also seems to be carrying a lot of baby fat still on his frame. He seems like he will be fighting his weight his whole career. I would still trade for him but don't think he is available.

Agree he has great worth ethic he's a gym rat and is a good pf when he wants to be he has his flaws rebounding and stuff but he's a solid PF. Suns burned that bridge though and it's best for both to move on.

He's unhappy and so are the Suns.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.
