I still don't understand how you don't start Warren, a guy who can wreck teams by hitting tough shots, when you are playing the #1 defense in the NBA, after he scored 23 the previous night, and instead start Tucker and his 8 PER and half the WS/48. It has ZERO justification. I truly don't care that Tucker is a better defender against Kawhi, because Tucker allows Kawhi to rest at the other end. Warren wouldn't.

Poor Cotton. Dude try's and is thrown into the rotation against the top defense in the league. If Price wasn't hurt Cotton wouldn't be playing.

I've seen enough of PJ, Kieff,(Price) and Chandler for a lifetime.

Amen. I expected to get blown out in all three games starting with Cleveland, and despite Bledsoe going down, we almost won that one.

I mean, I don't know what to tell people, but things are going to be ugly without Bledsoe. We are starting the youngest player in the NBA and our starting PF is Jon Leuer. Both of our SFs have net negatives for the season....one plays decent defense and one plays decent offense, but each doesn't do much on the other end. Warren and Booker will get better but teams with continuity and with a lot of experience together will likely destroy us.

As long as I see some good things, I'm good. I'm happy we should get a high pick.

exactly. The period is hard, accept and support. Crying will not help.

If only we still had Bled we would maybe be able to pull within 20. A moral victory at least

There was a few in the 1st quarter and everytime, all Horny did was laugh it off.

You wonder why our guys complain and bitch at the ref's after these calls, its because our coaching staff remains silent. I remember when some of our great coaches like Cotton and Dantoni and even to some extent Gentery, would go to war with the refs over missed call after missed call. The players in the past might complain a little bit, but they knew their coach was on their side and would have words with the ref on their behalf. Horny just kinda stands there, throws his hands up, and laughs it off.

Seeing Horny Smile seriously pisses me off.

I miss that about the Pringles Man. He would always get on the refs and show emotion when things got a little one-sided.

And yet Nash would still get hand checked up and down the court. Yelling at the refs don't get us more calls.

It seems like every player in this team just waits to see the moment that Horny get fired.

Bye~ Bye~ Horny. Don't feel safe, McD. It will be your turn sooner or later.

It shouldn't be. People putting this on McD are morons. We are a rebuilding team. We always have been. The people failing this team are the vets. Our youngsters are the only bright spot. Yet, half our fans complain about our GM for trying to win now, while ignoring that he's nevertheless acquired all of the young talent that you could hope for over the past 3 years given the initial tools he had to work with.

The biggest problem without a doubt is the owner. During a rebuild, you should NOT demand the playoffs. I'd rather have Warren playing 35+ minutes too, but the point is a guy like Tucker still plays for the intangibles. Warren is right up there with Chandler in worst +/- this game. He is just REALLY deficient on that side, and unless he is absolutely on fire, the is a bigger net negative.

This doesn't mean I want to see him on the floor, but he's out there because Sarver has demanded playoffs. Tucker has played more minutes and has the 7th worst +/-.

But again, I'd rather Warren be there because I don't see a reason to pretend we are going to win much this season. Warren definitely shouldn't play in games like this in the 4th if we are down by over 20 though. Zero point unless Booker and Warren are just exhausted and need a rest.

Reminds me of the movie Bridge of Spies. Tom Hanks is defending this guy for treason likely to get the death sentence, and he keeps asking the guy "aren't you worried?" The guy, with little emotion, responds, "Would it help?"

Tucker 20 minutes. Warren 14. Goodwin 5. Len 3 (injured?). That's right we are tanking by not playing our young players :noway:

Sarver needs to get his head checked if he thinks playoffs is still an attainable goal. He needs some advice from Jim Mora

It made me feel better as a fan. Sometimes I feel like I care more than Horny does on the court with his emotionless expressions.
