The only other considerations were McD or Sarver for that role.

Its only a matter of time before we overtake NOLA . Brooklyn has no incentive to tank because Ainge took them to the cleaners in the KG/Pierce deal and they owe the Celts their pick so they will try to stick it to them out of spite. We have too much ground to make up if we wanna challenge Philly and LA but I think we could lose to the Lakers head to head. We need to finishing bottom 3 to have our odds at landing the #1 pick close to 20% which is optimal

Skal Labissiere measured in about as expected at 6'11.5 in shoes with a 7'2 wingspan and a 225-pound frame. Measured anywhere between 6'10 and 7'0 during his high school career with a 7'1.5 wingspan and tipping the scales at 216-pound at last April's Nike Hoop Summit, it appears that the Haitian center has bulked up a bit (nine pounds) since arriving in Lexington, even if his frame remains quite skinny and has plenty of room to improve. Labissiere's numbers are quite similar to those of Amare Stoudemire, who stood 6'10 in shoes with a 7'1.75 wingspan and a 233-pound frame. Their athletic testing numbers are also eerily similar as Labissiere's 31 inch standing vertical, 35 inch maximum vertical and 12 reps on the bench and 11.12 lane agility time are nearly identical to Stoudemire's 32 inch standing vertical, 35.5 inch maximum vertical, 12 reps on the bench, and 11.19 lane agility time. It will be interesting to see how Labissiere's testing numbers translate onto the floor as a freshman, as Stoudemire ranks among the absolute best athletes at the power forward position early in his NBA career.
