Did you see Farnsuck going ballistic in the dugout the other day? Taking out his frustration on the damn bench, it's his fault his fastball is straight as a damn arrow.

Na that was Scott Procsuck, he sucks too.

The New York Post says the Mets will only trade for Buehrle if they get a 72-hour window to sign him. Rosenthal said on Friday that that's not happening. The Mets' urgency to acquire a starter is related to how Pedro Martinez looks in coming weeks.

Well Pedro is going to have another bullpen session today. I guess he will have a couple more, then he will throw live Bp, then simulated games, then rehab in the minors.

It's a proccess. As long as we get Pedro back by Late July / Early August I feel very comfortable. He looks like he is in tremendous shape.

Feliciano? Yes.

Joe Smith? Yes. Joe Smith will come back to Earth, he really isn't that good.

Heilman? He was better than Heilman last year. He's better than Heilman this year. It's funny because I hear you trashing on Heilman all the time.

Where do get this stuff from? Smith is rookie who has received acclaim from all over MLB. Is this your personal opinion? What do you have to support your view that Scott Proctor is better than Smith and Feliciano besides the fact that you're a Yankee fan and you're supposed to root for the Yankees and against the Mets? It's like your opinion on Maine who is about to make the All-Star team :noway:

You're right, they don't.

Feliciano's 2007 era: 1.63
Feliciano's career era: 2.97

Heilman's 2007 era: 3.86
Heilman's career era: 4.29

Smith's 2007 era: 2.93
Smith's career era: 2.93

Proctor's 2007 era: 3.29
Proctor's career era: 4.23

Proctor is only better than Heilman, but not by much.
