The Suns really have no clue how to run an offense when the other team shows even the smallest amount of defensive pressure. All teams need to do is apply intense defense for about 2 minutes a quarter, and the Suns collapse. Hopefully the coaching staff gets an overhaul with people that have a clue this summer.

I don't know, I think they handled themselves pretty well in the first half, when the Kings were allowed to foul the heck out of us, and we couldn't breathe on them without getting called. Beli, has flopped twice an been rewarded.

Our offense is entirely reliant on beating people one on one, and often also beating help due to needing to play our one way defenders for defensive purposes. This is consistent throughout Hornacek's tenure. The only thing we do well in my opinion is the pick and roll (we do run it well given the lack of floor spacing we often have), and loading everyone high at times to open up back door cuts when people overplay the pick and roll.

I'm amazed our offense has scored so much really throughout Hornacek's tenure. We just have a lot of guys who can play one on one. You watch Sac, and they frequently have shooters running off of screens. We just don't do a lot of that off the ball. It's stationary spread offense. That' why our team overall doesn't get assists and part of the turnover problem imo. When teams know you must drive and kick, they can play the passing lanes much more easily.
