So bad that it wouldn't surprise me if the Suns come back and win

...that would not make me happy.

I was thinking when down by 18, that we might make a run to win, especially when we had the last possession TWICE. But then the other team ends up with a 3. Unbelievable.

Good question. I question most everything Hornacek does these days. He's been awful. Like Markieff-level bad imo. At the beginning of this slide I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but after readjusting my expectations to those in line with a tank and after seeing us without Bledsoe, and to us having the worst defense in basketball, I still see us getting even worse. It's just not excusable. The bar is already so freaking low, how can you not improve?

Tj might be the best basketball player on this roster (minus bled). I dont see one reason why Tucker or Leuer should start over him but, our amazing head coach does

Sure, if you like losing money.

Well, I put my usual bet of $7 on them to basically lose by less than 15. Not off to a good start, but I don't bet enough money on anything any more to care. I thought maybe my faith in doing at least a little better might help. Guess not.

How do you know players don't want to play for him? I hear this thrown around all the time on this board as if it's fact, but nobody ever says how exactly they can tell the players have tuned him out.

I don't know if you have played basketball, but when you hate or don't like your coach you play on slow motion all the time and it's enough to be on a high disadvantage . I have not played professional, of course, but I play enough to see that if the players want the coach out he willl be out.

At the end of the day is like on another work...if you don't like your boss you are going to put the minimum effort (without risking your own position).

It is easy to fire one man than fire 15 men....and easier when his name is not Popovich.

I don't buy that at all. You are saying all 15 players will intentionally put up bad numbers for an entire year, damage their own career stats (and future contracts) because they hate Hornacek so bad? That is silly. They had a chance just last week to throw him under the bus when the FO was asking for player input into the teams problems and the players didn't do it. How come the players didn't dump on Hornacek when they had the chance?

Watch them make it a respectable loss... It's pretty obvious they just aren't trying to win at all.

Frankly, I'm surprised there are so many fans on this board still watching. In many seasons past, when seasons were lost like this I would lose interest. I'm surprised after our losing streak that so many fans (at least here) still care as much as they do. Part of it might be becoming a mod, but also, I do enjoy watching Booker and Warren, and it's really been rare that we've been able to pull for our draftees....I mean, since we drafted Amare, we really haven't had a draft pick that looked really good at times, like he potentially could be special. That's a long wait. I'm impressed at your guy's loyalty....ESPECIALLY those who haven't been long time fans for better or worse.

Players probably told they'll all be fired if they give up 140 points again.

So they're fine with losing 50 to 80.
