And it was, I was hoping Arlovski would continue on his comeback, but at 39, it was just hope.

I like Stipe and hope he gets a chance to fight for the title!

He did make his comeback and then some. After losing 4 straight, including 1 to Rogers, and another to Big Foot, he just went on a 6 fight win streak that included Browne, Big Foot, Mir, Schaub, and Kyle. But then ran into a top contender. That's above the opponents he beat for the title back in the day. He beat Tim Sylvia, and actually lost 2 of 3 vs. him. Had a win over Werdum, but he's improved a lot. The top heavyweights are a lot better now than they were back in the day in the UFC. Best HW's of course were in Pride.

I might believe Porier about the arm triangle. When practicing technique for them, almost every time I'm the practice dummy, pretty much everyone I train with can't lock it correctly on me, even when I'm not putting any resistance. Just a body composition thing I think, my shoulders/neck/chest area just isn't as susceptible to it as much as average people, it's weird. I was actually trying to adjust the positioning for my partners to try and figure out why it was so much less effective.

Arm triangle. If he was talking about a regular triangle, I dunno... I'm not immune to those lol.
