If you're that good, you'd be gone no later than your sophomore season. Of course you'd find a few exceptions, but not a lot nowadays. 22 year olds have an advantage in college. Which is why I'll pass on Dunn more than most people.
Definitely something to this
I thought Deandre Kane was a quality player that could at least land on a team if the likes of Pressey can get rostered. But apparently not
Dunn is 3 years younger than Kane as a senior, so that should factor in. His steal and block numbers at the guard spot are hard to ignore. A truly explosive player, not just a solid athlete with skill like Kane.
Denzel Valentine another guy who is impossible to ignore even with age. Combining highly accurate volume shooting with elite playmaking and rebounding and excellent BBIQ on both ends - got me drooling.
Buddy Hield another guy who looks great. The massive senior year spike in shooting efficiency has to be discounted a bit, but he was already a pretty well-rounded role-player prospect - the ability to add so much to his game in year 4 is intriguing. Speaks to a Jimmy Butler type trajectory.
The hoopsanalyst.com guy (Ed something I think) had a few good notes about seniors. I don't remember all of them but things like 'did they play really well in small roles as underclassmen,' were they initially out of position because of older players, were they young for their class etc. All helpful IMO.
One reason draftexpress is good because they have the actual ages, a senior could be 21 or 25 and it does make a big difference.
I do like the upperclassmen in this draft, Demetrious Jackson is a guy that has been pretty much always really good but now is getting a bigger role. AJ Hammons and Shawn Long that you mentioned seem like they could find a role somewhere as well as a few other guys. Ed Isaacson from nbadraftblog.com is pretty sharp and he was pretty high on the older talent also.
