I'm thinking of doing a cover of Roy Orbison's "Crying" for Biz. "I've been cryyyin, over Biiz. Cryyyin, over Biz".

I've had Woj's tweets pushed to my phone since last season ended because he used to only tweet Woj bombs. All his pimping of his new podcast is getting really annoying.

The podcast still can only improve, to boot.

So far I've got the feeling that he could word his questions in a better manner. Too much of "is it just me or when you were with Team X, Coach Y really told you to go at it with Player Z in practice to improve yourself?". I feel like when you set a question with such a specific narrative, the answer of a current player is too predictable.

Heh, I'm in the same boat. I had a lot of pushed accounts but have been cutting them down for similar reasons. Probably keeping Woj though.

Another decent one is @NBAFLASHNEWS, which is basically a bot that relays news from Woj, Stein, Shams, Spears, etc.

Though this time of year they're also tweeting big stat lines and such, but it'll be more interesting around the deadline.

Lawson was suspended 3 games today for his 4th DUI (last one in July of this year). How on earth can he be suspended for less time that Al Jefferson for smoking pot 3 times and Jeff Taylor for shoving his girlfriend?

We had interest in JJ before didn't we.

He's been pretty bad this year, but I wonder if they would look at him as an extra wing.

He will probably end up at the Cavs

Nets announce that they parted ways with Lionel Hollins, GM Billy King steps down.

@SpearsNBAYahoo
Nets say they have fired coach Lionel Hollins & reassigned GM Billy King. Asst. coach Tony Brown is interim head coach for rest of season.

Good luck on that fresh start without any first round draft picks.

and Thad Young.

Johnson looks done. Unless it's Jefferson and Hawes for him, I don't really want Johnson.

Sixers are retiring Dolph Schayes' #4; however, Nerlens Noel will continue to wear #4.

Wut.

As a Duke fan, a little bummed that Singler hasn't become more effective. Really hoped he could carve out a nice niche for himself.

Top 10 PGs in NBA History (per ESPN)

http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/page/nbarankPGs/ranking-top-10-point-guards-ever

1. Magic
2. Oscar
3. Stockton
4. Curry
5. Isaiah
6. Paul
7. Nash
8. Kidd
9. Frazier
10. Cousey

My first impression is that Gary Payton got the shaft.

Ranking purely on the guys I was able to watch in my lifetime of actively watching hoops (1985+), off a reasonable run of years (peak), not so much career accomplishments, my list might look like this:

1. Magic
2. Curry
3. Isaiah
4. Payton
5. Stockton
6. Kidd
7. Paul
8. Nash

After that I have a hard time ranking,

either guys were good/solid for a long time
Tony Parker
Dennis Johnson (peaked before my time)
Chauncey Billups

great for a short time
Kevin Johnson
Mark Price
Gilbert Arenas
Penny Hardaway
Tim Hardaway
Fat Lever
Derrick Rose

Played a style that I loathed
Stephon Marbury

too early to tell
Russell Westbrook

After losing to NYK tonight, BOS has lost six of their last seven, including losses to BRK and LAL.

Is Beal on the path to Brandon Roy 2.0?
