I concur.
I believe two more seasons would have been fair.
Tampa Bay needs consistency at head coach but there could be much more that happened.

Lovie Smith is a defensive guy, I think they want to bring in a coach to nurture Winston. Winston's development is more important than anything right now. That being said, Lovie didnt get a fair shake and should get another chance as a head coach soon.
