This isn't the game to harp on this......it's the home losses to BKN, NY, MIN, BOS, DET, and TOR that are culprits. Nobody on this board would be this down in the dumps on this teams' mentality had just taken care of business in these games. It's the difference between 22-17 & "28-11", and that's what it all comes down to. I knew this **** was gonna go down the way things were headed, and heaven forbid we lose Friday night.....there's no way a team with THIS talent should be under performing the way they are. NONE. Starting PG out or not.

but hey let's pay him more than $85 Million for sitting in the last Q where you win the game and let's bash Wade who takes his responsabilites, lets bash Whiteside who is paid : $981,348 , lets bash Green who is paid $1,362,897 Give him a free pass
is that all you got ? I see you were mad with the stats i produce in the last 4 about him, sorry for the facts ! It's cool how you forgot your comments AHAHAHAHAHA
Than you bye
You started with a idea about Dragic and his play and had some semi-good to good arguments (even if I didn't and don't agree with you). Now you're just bashing and hating and therefore loosing credibility.
Than you bye to you too.
Check the new GT and this post, who is brining the last 4 Q ? Me ? Who got the most backfire Dragic or Wade ? So please the victim card with someone else not with me ! I am only using facts, i brought stats to backup my points when you got nothing to counter it
Than you bye
First of all, sorry my words may have come up as more aggressive as I meant them. Secondly:
i brought stats to backup my points -> some semi-good to good arguments What did he do when Bosh was out last year ? OH it was so great to watch our run during the playoffs ! OMG -> Bashing let's bash Wade who takes his responsabilites -> Here's an argument since I too don't like bashing. Wade shots 39,9% in the 4Q (36,6% in loses ) while he takes 4.6 shots on average. He shoots 47% over the first three Q taking on average 4 shots per Q. I think it's his responsibility as this teams go to player, to either take better shots and make higher % or trust his teammates more and involve them more late in games, since he commands so much attention from defenses. For example Bosh takes 0,5 less shots in the 4Q and makes 47% of them (44% from 3), Dragic who I agree should be more involved in the 4Q (why he's not is a debate for another thread) shoots 42% (not great either) on 1,6 shots and 41% from three (pretty good since not long ago he was 28 on the season).
That was the point I was making. And yes I know you didn't brought up the 4th quarter, I never said you did.
Losses like these are the best thing that can happen. We are going nowhere this season anyways, the sooner riley realizes the mess he put together, the sooner he can come up with a plan to fix it.
FINALLY, somebody said it. And it's my main man Bosh yet again breaking down reality.
This team is SOFT.
Yes, but Bosh is 100% wrong about this team having everything in place.
+1
too many low IQ players. Too many non shooters. too many players that dont fit the system we are playing. bunch of guys on last year of deals, pat just trying to get it to the summer.
even at our best, we are not close to the elite teams in this league. over a 7 game series, we would get exposed pretty bad. just pack the paint and force miami to beat you from the 3pt line. where is the fast forward button?

And both Bosh & Wade appear to put the blame on the others, but (a) they are the ones who appear to be failing at clutch moments, even missing critical free throws and (b) because they are leaders it sets a poor example. Owning this means it's ours. Both these guys as leaders are failing now. I don't even have words for how Spo is doing, but let me say that 'team bonding' may not be the first priority. These gentlemen need to start being professionals.
Mark my words. Riley is going to act or he will be acting just as soft as they are, and that's not the Riley I know.

i think the plan was always this off season and we are just playing for pride unless there is some sucker we can take advantage of before then lol

I only got to see the 4th quarter and it was bad. The whole team looked tired and mentally out of it. That 38 year old showed more fire and passion than anyone on our team. Our offense was just horrible. Who ever was playing pg was doing a horrible job. We had like 3 plays where the idea was to attack the basket and i can only assume pass the ball to Whiteside but man it was just turnover after turnover after turn over. After the 3 turnover in a row we got a bail out 3 from Bosh. Basically no team will respect our 3 pt shooters because they cant shoot. Attacking the basket when the opposing team is stacking the paint with players makes no sense. We had a fast break attack and Wade throws it up for Green who stopped at the 3pt line to do what his job on this team is, shoot the 3 and Wade got mad. Just a bad game
The problems honestly seem to be mental with this team. They go from good ball-movement, defense, and a big lead, to a stagnant offense of low-perrcentage bricks wayy too quickly. It's like once the team misses a few shots, the ball just stops moving, and we end up with a bad shot from Bosh or Wade (usually a bunch of dribbles then a midrange shot), or we just pass the ball around aimlessly, and end up heaving one up with the shotclock low. Missing shots makes us take worse shots. This team sometime looks like it could be really good, but they collapse very, very easily.
Though not having Dragic and Whiteside being useless since his knee injury hasn't helped much.
the problem is this team has to make >40% of their 3's and turn it over <12 times a game to win. Thats the problem. we have zero margin of error and it shows. now add some injuries and forget about it. IF we had a top 10 player that would help but we don't. We have 2 guys over 30 that are top 25 players and they are inconsistent. we have a bunch of mediocre inconsistent role players too. this team is lacking talent. when we play out of our minds, we can win but that is rare.
Just enjoy this team and Wade's final good years, it'll probably be 2017 before anything major happens assuming no major trades take place of course.
With the way the salary cap is exploding Durant will most likely sign a one year deal and become a free agent along with Westbrook in 2017(he can earn $60mill more if he waits). The downside is that, that's two years away. The upside is that the 2017 free agency class looks like the best free agency class since 2010.
This comming offseason the free agent market will be very thin thus everyone will get overpaid. The top 3 free agents will be Al Horford, Hassan Whiteside, and Demar Derozan. You can throw in Dwight as well.
Put those in whatever order that you want in terms of preference but all of those guys will be making more than Bosh next season with the exception of Hassan who'll be making slightly less in his first year because of his smaller max due to years played.
At this point the hope would be that someone like Demarcus Cousins gets pissed and forces his way out.

Sad but true.....At this point, just enjoy Wade. We have the 3rd BEST SG of all-time and at 34, still one of the best in the game. He can't do it for 35 minutes but for 4-6 minutes at a time, he gives you flashes of the greatness he is....
This team is the same it was when we won...No identity, No offensive system and based solely on talent...How many games have we won this year as a TEAM? Till Spo is questioned or forced to change, nothing will. It's funny, how everyone sees it but is afraid to say it because he won with BIG 3.

I didn't want to believe it but that's what it's come to as far as Wade's career goes and it's kinda depressing. We'll most likely pay him big money again this year to satisfy him and this season as well as the next will be his last playing as a high usage focus of our offense. Come 2017 is when we make our transition into our future, whatever that may be.
I don't think it's as simple as getting rid of Spo, maybe if we replaced him we'd stop having nights where our players give inconsistent effort but honestly I don't blame him for that and no coach short of Gregg Popovich would be able to make a contender out of this group. Teams like the Warriors and Spurs are just better both talent and fit wise.

Ok the Spurs are just at another level coaching wise but the Warriors no. They did what i expected us to do. Hire the best dam assistant coaches to help there inexperienced head coach. Heck it doesnt even count against the salary cap. Instead we get Chris Quinn as an assistant coach? Mind you this is the same coaching staff that cant get Wade to develop a freaking 3 when he is wide wide open. This is the same coaching staff that on the camera said we dont practice any offense with Beasley he knows everything so we do defense instead. The list goes on and on when it comes to this coaching staff sadly.

wade has had all the time i the world to develop a 3pt shot. He has other priorities tho, like his fashion line, his shoes, his wine, china...
