damn shame. with his contract doubt we'll get anything good. maybe a draft pick? lol

And if that is the goal, they are going about it the wrong way. All this chatter does, is to get his value down. On the flip side, getting his value down might keep some other teams away and get him to resign on Riley's terms.

Anyway, if they do try to swing a trade, hope it is a repeat of last year and we can somehow hoodwink OKC into sending us Durant :D

lmao we can only dream. if that is the case i'll go help pack whitesides bags

I think the more realistic option with that package would be Nic Batum.

it says that trade only makes us one game better lol. we would have to include multiple firsts in that scenario, oh wait... we already used multiple first on our all star pg.

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=jkuovmj

then we sign batum in the summer.

actually replace jrich with tj

Relax about the picks already. Dragic was worth it especially with the trash we sent out in trade. Mozgov netted two first rounders.

if we miss out on a star player because some other team could offer one more pick than we could, lets see if you feel the same way.

Durant is not getting dealt so why even have this dicussion. OKC is playing some damn good ball right now and seem prime to make a run in the playoffs. What other star players are we discussing?

i think whiteside, filler and 2 firsts could get us cousins.

Not gonna happen. Trade seems way far fetched. Blazers highly value CJ to deal him for Whiteside who is not guaranteed to sign with them.

Nope. Cousins is not getting dealt and if he does it's going to be for 4 first round picks. (Boston). You really think Whiteside and the Kings are a match?

If Whiteside isn't traded, if i'm him i bolt to the Lakers or Mavs. He will get paid and get a fair shot at being featured. He won't reach his potential here playing for the video coordinator and the beat writers (skolnick) hates his guts for whatever reasons, and the "fans" (realgm) have turned him i to the scapegoat for the teams problems. Im out if i'm him. And we will miss him when he's gone.

I picked the Hornets because it would be a homecoming for him and they have players that we would value in return. He may give them the upper hand to sign him since it's close to home. We are not going to have a choice were he signs in the off season so who really cares if we trade him inside the conference.

Don't get me wrong, i want batum. Just not sure i want to give something up to get him if we can sign him this offseason.

Just going by my guy feeling - I can see it happening. Despite him not having much value due to contract.

They're not feeling his mental state. I can just get this vibe all over. We've got veteran leaders that achieved a lot, they have no patience for immature egos.

He's a good player, but he's not really a wining player (yet), and that's why they don't feel it's worth it.

The all "not Heat type of player" buzz we've been hearing could be legit.

What are we really giving up though? Deng (FA), Whiteside (non bird free agent), McRoberts (Off the books).

Was there any other reason to be excited about this season other than Whiteside? The faster they trade him the better. He only emphasizes how rigid and incompetent or coaching and system is. Sooner he is gone the sooner we can back to blaming dragic then deng then bsh and lways wade. Surely Winslow will come under fire for his lack of shooting and the wastes of space on our bench will share some burden. But for today it's all Whiteside who isn't perfect yet we think we want lance or cousins on this team. Ha. Ha. And ha I say you.

Yawll are not too od to forget Shaq who had lots to say when he got pulled for freethrows or was asked to play the perimeter. It wasn't all rose Gardens and daisy's. When was the last time we saw wade get a pass while he was cutting to the rim (I actually know a recent one but before that). Bosh is inconsistent with his post play. Late in games he drifts to the perimeter Neverland. He needs to step it up. Wade needs to encourage and make others better willfully. Deng we might hae him but he silently is solid maybe too quiet and passive. He use to be a demander and complainer and I kinda like that deng more. Dragic plays one way with green and amare than he does with others. If that's how he wanted to play them teach others so he can have that chemistry with them. I swear this teams play like they just met yesterday at times. So trade Whiteside but don't think that's solving any of our problems.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington
