Minutes leaders in the first half: Markieff Morris, P.J. Tucker, Tyson Chandler, Brandon Knight.

Warren and Booker combined have played fewer minutes that each one of those guys individually.

It's not smart to play veterans over developing young players on a rebuilding team, it's idiotic to it when said veterans are additionally being outplayed by these youngesters

I can't believe Dallas gave him and a top 7 protected first up for Rondo.

not that its only his fault or that booker might have ended up with too different of a result. Its just Horny's rotations are so bad they never make sense

No, Goodwin is PERFECT for the tank. Keep him playing as long as possible. Hopefully we don't trade him until the offseason unless some team wants him for whatever reason.

Other teams with bad records aren't getting completely demolished and demoralized every game like this Suns team. This is just miserable.

Booker was chucking 3's though, you can't blame him when you're on the floor with 4 other offensive black holes.

BUT this is exactly the type of mentality you need to squash out of the rookies before it manifests. This is why I'm an advocate of acquiring a quality bench PG with a pass first mentality. Someone who can play with the rooks, set them up for good looks and promote good ball movement. Someone with no ego who will be happy coming off the bench when Bled returns.

Acquiring more picks/ more talent is worthless if we aren't going to maximise what we already have.

Hornacek is the leader of the tank imo. He should be riding on top of the nozzle in a cowboy hat.

The ball movement to start the game was awesome actually imo. They did exactly what they were supposed to do, and getting Booker an open 3 off a screen is a good shot. I never want my best shooters passing up good shots. He just missed them. It happens.

I completely agree that we are far from maximizing our current talent.

Non-sense.

Stevens is a top 3 coach. The guy took Butler (who had done NOTHING before him) to TWO consecutive final fours. The only two who might be better are Pop and Carlisle.

Tele is by far our best big man. What a monster year he's having. I swear if we move him we can get a 1st.

Even the sixers who purposely put together the worst roster in the NBA still play some close games. McD tried to put together a playoff roster and actually put together possibly the worst team in the league. Now that's pretty funny

Not really. This team is playing well below its potential. And when players don't play hard and don't play together whatsoever on either end of the court, that's on the coach, not the GM.

I like having Lorenzo Brown though...seems to be a good passer, good chemistry with Warren, etc.

Mirza will net us a nice reward from a contender.
