Pathetic games by the Hawks. Korver, Baz, and Thabo wide open misses at the end, and Teague holding the ball way too long on the last shot.

Stat of the night:
Bucks 37 Free Throws (35 before the intentional foul in the end).
Hawks 6 Free Throws.

Millsap with some BS fouls called against him end up getting him kicked out of the game. Honestly, our offense in OT without Millsap was as putrid as the fact that these idiots making the calls actually have jobs reffing the top basketball league on the planet.

That Giannis kid...is pretty good at basketball.

We were one pick away from selecting him.

<sigh>

Tonight was very frustrating.

I am sad.

Turning point in this one was Mike Scott's missed dunk when he was all alone. After that momentum shifted, our run stopped and theirs began. Those two easy points were the difference.

Gonna say it again.

The only thing the Hawks should do is go scorched earth.

Fire the whole front office, all of the coaches, and trade all of the veterans. TANK

That was a huge difference. No doubt. A lot of that was bad refereeing. Some of it was lack inside play and settling for too many jump shots.

Also, we gave up 20 offensive rebounds.

This team needs some serious restructuring...

Nope and nope. Just calling it like it is saying you aren't winning anything significant with Fredi 2.0 manning the helm and any of the top veterans as a piece to a championship team. Trade 'em all.

Fredi 2.0? You mean the reigning coach of the year who just led the Atlanta Hawks to 60 wins and their deepest playoff run since they moved to Atlanta?

Another embarrassing performance by our Hawks.
That's now two games in a row.

I don't know if this was a embarrassing performance though. The refs honestly kept them in this game. Korver base and Millsap missing chunks due to bad foul calls did us in.

3 of Millsap's fouls were just horrible calls.

But man, Teague and Dennis just switched places from the Knicks game. Schroder had it going shooting wise but the offense was stalling with him in the game. Teague couldn't hit a shot but was moving the ball well. Remember back when they both played well in the same game? Ah...memories.

Agree with all of this.

The Hawks did all they could to win this game, but it's tough to win when the opponent shoots 31 more free throws. Losing to the Bucks on the road isn't really that humiliating. They've been hot recently, and are 12-8 at home now (I think, haven't double checked).

Teague and Schroder should've been in together at the end of regulation. Don't know why Bud yanked Dennis with no intention to putting him back in with around 4 mins left in the match, he was doing well.
