1/16 Brooklyn at Atlanta

Post#1 » by HMFFL » Sat Jan 16, 2016 8:55 pm

Previous two meetings:
11/17/15 BK 90 - ATL 88
11/04/15 ATL 101 - BK 87

Our beloved Hawks have dropped two straight games.
Brooklyn has only won 3 of their last 10 games.

Our Hawks are favored to win by 11 points.

Must win if there's a such thing in January. We can't afford to lose a third straight game that we should win.

Luckily, Chicago has been losing as well so 3rd place is still there for the taking (avoid 4th-5th and a 2nd round Cavs matchup at all costs), and Toronto is only 2 up for 2nd.

We need to begin winning the games we should be winning, the schedule does not work in our favor starting January 27th.

If they drop this, they need some therapy.

Blowout win. Just what the doctor ordered.

Glad we got a much needed win.

But it only somewhat rinses out the bad taste of the Bucks loss.

24-17 at the halfway point of the season.

Not terrible...but we're clearly far behind last year. Which shouldn't really be surprising.

That we are on pace for only 48 wins and are closer to the 8th seed than the 1st seed...is surprising. And disappointing.
