Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League
Timezone had nothing to do with it
I lost Covington on waiver priority, that's why I had no.1 ....I added Noah 3 days ago, as soon as he was dropped
He can sit comfortably on my IL list, for now, and he can be a valuable piece next year, when he'll most likely leave Chicago and have a bigger load ....didn't even know who my 9th guy on the protected list will be, since we're not protecting picks, took care of business here
Timezone actually **** me in the ass more times than not, I lost Whiteside and Ish Smith that way

LMAO. This fool trashes Noah all off-season, now picks him up and labels him a valuable piece on another team. LOL. Replace him with Moonpie and I'll put Kevin Durant on the waiver wire.

Wasn't I right too? Oh yeah, I was ...
I specifically mentioned "can", not "will".... and I'm pretty sure I wrote about another team, not Chicago, with 34343 other quality bigs already on the roster
And he's my 9th guy right now.... so yeah, he CAN be a valuable piece
Absolutely nothing to lose ...no risk, medium reward
I'll take it

i dont see stashing a center that kills basically every stat except boards and steals, sometimes blocks. Both percentages AND turnovers from your C? No thanks

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League
He used to contribute in basically every category I'm vying, except FG% as you have mentioned...but I have a large enough domination out there, for me to afford losing some grip....I have won every week, sometimes with 53-55% procentage...
I don't need that ...yeah, it's great, but I can afford taking a slight hit
And Noah isn't a high volume shot taker in general, he's not gonna ruin me by himself on FG%
The thing that worries me is his body, which is extremely frail and susceptible to injuries..... I don't even know why I'm arguing this tho, I'll stop....since I've been proven time and time again, this board here is about "what have you done for me lately and that's it"
There is little to no vision, to opportunity/improvement/chance of PT,etc
See Rondo for example, everyone pretty much buried him after last year...players can bounce back, especially those who have proved something in the past ..ok, they might also continue the regressing trend and get worse, but he's a wire pick up in the end
He can always be cut
There's absolutely no harm done here, we do own 2 IL spots after all...
12.6/11.3/5.4/1.2/1.5...47% FG/ 2.4 to
7.2/9.6/4.7/0.7/1.1...44% FG/ 1.8 to
The years before this one, in which he saw starters minutes, when Chi' frontcourt was loaded, but not ridiculously loaded
He'll never achieve this again, but he's an end to the bench guy ....I'm happy about the pickup

I think Noah is done tbh.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

Yes, I do...but I'm the current owner of Noah, and own his rights...I'll simply drop a player who I do not want, later in the season
And will use the 9th protection spot on him, to ensure he'll stay on my team the season beyond this one

Get the **** out, if you drop him at any point I will be picking him up in spite of your ridiculous rule that isn't a rule. If that's the case, I want Bobby Portis back as I drafted him and dropped him therefore I "own his rights."

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League
Are you high? Or just (Please Use More Appropriate Word) in general ?
Have I said anything about Sullinger/Lawson or any other player I dropped....or any of us for that matter?
I **** added him, he's my **** player? What are you **** bragging about again? What rules ?
What exactly isn't right in my statement? He's on my team, I added him fair and square, so **** yeah...I own his rights until further notice
I get it, you hate me...I hate you too
But you have to be the biggest moron I've ever seen, I could say the Earth is round, and in your infinite stupidity, you'd argue it's flat, just to spite me and contradict my saying .....I've never seen anything like it, there's no win with you
Trash talk is fun and entertaining, but when you cross the line and go full (Please Use More Appropriate Word) for no apparent reason, it goes down the toilet real quick
You have every chance to add whatever player is on the waiver wire...

When you say "I own his rights" that effectively means he can not be on your roster and you still are entitled to that player. I mean, it's pretty much clear as day what you are implying, and it's not true.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League
To you, maybe ...that's not even what I implied
Why would I drop him if I just added him....what the ****?
I was responding to Earls statement, than IL players don't carry out to next year....ok, so I'll drop Chalmers/Allen/Zeller or who the **** I want later on, and keep Noah on my active roster... so, what's the problem again?
Not sure where I ever implied I will drop him, if that's what you understood from "owning someone's rights", that's your **** problem

C'mon RO, AK isn't even trying. He's trolling you and you know it.
His attempt is at a FrozenIceCubes level, don't bother. I do like what you did AK, major props.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League
Devin Booker probably has better ceilling fantasy wise than Klay. He is not afraid of driving to the rim and can draw the foul very well leading to many FT with great % = FT booster. His jumpshoot form also a work of art. Very beautiful and fast. His dribbling also very polished for a jumpshooter, even better than Mario Hezonja.
He also fit in any lineup. Just plug him and go.
What a great draft by Barons. Very visionary yet very careful and patient.
