he's cutting, rolling well, protecting the rim, hitting free throws. he's doing the right things.

Dre is not.

of course Dre is the greatest rebounder and athlete, but right now we need consistency.

Dre is 2nd on the team in +/- at +3.7. Baynes is last on the team at -1.7.

How do we play better with Baynes?

Dre has been dominant all year. Baynes has played good for a couple weeks after being atrocious the first 2 months. How does that equate to Baynes being more consistent?

Not saying this to diss Baynes btw, as I think he is playing great lately and I couldn't be happier with him right now as our backup C, but c'mon man...

They talked about the hacking strategy on the Russilo and Kannell show. They're going to talk about it on Highly Questionable too, probably Around the Horn and PTI too

Maybe a fix: Once a team is in the bonus, they can choose to shoot the free throws, or just take the ball out of bounds with a new shot clock.

Dre is 2nd on the team in PPG, He's first in RPG, ORPG, DRPG, SPG, BPG, FG%, DBl/DBl's, and PER. People are focusing on his free throw % and going **** crazy. I understand it from Raptor fans who are still bitter they passed him up because of JV, but everyone else shouldn't be this crazy. :nonono:

Good. The more negative media buzz about it, the more likely we get a change.

The guys on sportscenter after the game were saying it should be changed too.

Mike Breen said earlier in the year that it's only a matter of time before it ruins a Finals game with the whole world watching and then he thinks the NBA will change it

So it will be changed in a couple years :), you know, when we make the Finals!

yeah it will be changed the summer after it costs us the Finals lol. We're always the sports guinea pigs when it comes to rules. We get jobbed and then they fix it so it doesn't happen to a big market team later lol

That's not a bad idea.
Fouls are meant to punish the team committing them, it solves the intentional hack-a-player issue.
Also teams wouldn't be able to foul to send a team to the line to shoot 2 free throws preventing them from shooting a 3 pointer to tie the game.. of course you would have to reset the game clock though.
