It's whatever. As long as the Arisons aren't selling it's not really relevant, and I don't think they're selling in the next couple of generations.

Of course it's an approximation, but they have a good methodology. If anything, a buyer would have to shell out a lot more. There are intangibles to be considered. In any case, I'm posting this here too (because it will disappear in the other thread):

Of course they will, the only question is who's going to be Pats successor and how successful can he be.

That's going to be the biggest decision we'll have to make in this decade, Pat is basically irreplaceable but hopefully we would get someone as smart that can kick ass in this new era.

Maybe Battier is up for the job? don't know who we might consider
