I agree, but with a different spin on your take. He's obviously not a contributor to a championship contender, although I've previously advocated that he could be a "luxury" for such a team provided it had a solid bench with depth. However, his sense of entitlement and increasing dissatisfaction with his role and salary has the makings of a malcontent on the team even if it doesn't escalate beyond the passive aggressive variety.
Crawford would be perfect for a team like the 76ers, a team practically tanking while trying to sell entertainment and possibly the illusion of competing to its fanbase. The problem with the Sixers, specifically, is that they don't have any attractive assets they'd be willing to exchange. They want to hold onto their draft picks and young players. Whatever veteran players they have are typically salary fodder.
