Just realized both that your teams have former coaches of my teams, haha. Don't miss, Pete, he was too friendly for us, but wish him the best. Fantastic person.

Pete really got a raw deal in NE. It had a big impact on him when he got fired. He mentions his NE experience quite a bit in interviews. How it really changed his outlook on coaching. Much like Belicheck's time in Cleveland. From my point of view, I'm thrilled everything worked out. Love the guy. How he has transformed this team.

Stevie Naismith, the Scottish Thomas Müller.

Remember when Klopp was appointed as LFC manager, I posted that stat about his mediocre record against English clubs and Baphomet and co. said it was irrelevant? I said he would struggle with the English game, people need to realize it's much more different than Germany when it comes to mentality and playing style.

Nobody disputed that he might struggle in England. I think the point was that that specific sample size of games, against CL clubs, was irrelevant.

It's like saying that a coach would be a failure in La Liga because they had a poor record in the CL against Real Madrid and Barca. It doesn't prove anything either way, since most clubs struggle against those.

This match is absolutely horrible, holy crap. Some of the worst defending I've ever seen.

Firmino looks pretty good though.

That was the most spawny, disease riddled match I've ever seen

Even Bassong scored ffs, Klopp fumbling around for his glasses.

These celebrations, the scenes

Performance has been good. Really unlucky to concede, imo.
