Mike Shula really has done an incredible job with what he's been given to work with on offense this year. I don't know if they can collectively do this for another year or so without more major infusion of pure, natural talent, but some of the stuff he's helped put into their running game and the structure to their play calling really is some of the best in the league, IMO.

Yeah that "multiple" running game is being praised like the first couple of years under Harbaugh.

Cards losing their composure. Lack of focus by Peterson on a couple of plays including the fumbled punt return and then poor tackling to let the Panthers gash them on the ground.

Arizona seemed to peak too early this season. They were lighting teams up earlier in the season but for some reason didn't look great down the stretch. Carson Palmer having a nightmare game.

He stared that play down like a rookie.

But maybe pressing too much to try to hit big plays, though that's been their MO the whole season and it's worked for them.

Of course he hasn't performed in the playoffs during his career so there's that.

I don't see a big window for AZ. Palmer is getting up there in age and they don't really have anything behind him. Fitz is up there too and Arians is no spring chicken. They need to make something happen over the next couple of years,

Yup, Campbell is hitting 30 too.

But unfortunately, the Seahawks are still young, though maybe with the big contracts, some of them are not playing with the same edge or chip on their shoulders.

Ha, they're saying Palmer may be affected by his finger injury.

But it's not his finger which is making him force the ball into coverage.

I would be very surprised if the Panthers don't win the Super Bowl by 10+ points

Well on that last one the ball was hit as he was throwing it. But I do think the finger is an issue. The knuckle is clearly swollen.

Kuechly makes me want a LB in this year's draft. Jaylon Smith first choice. Myles Jack as my second choice.

Palmer"s bad finger didn't cause him to force balls into coverage. Palmer was the worst but receivers were dropping balls. Arizona was out coached and just came out flat

I tend to be late to the party however...

what irony is this.... should the Broncos win the SB.... our very own Vernon Davis, long time 49ers TE, would win the chip after being traded only to win it in his old home turf....

lol

LOL, I guess. But how much did he have to do with it? Up to this point it seems about as much as you and I.

We did right by him. And we got a pick. We could have traded him to the Browns or kept him. I'm glad he got his ring and not that he would, but glad he didn't get the winning touchdown and stick it to us. I have no idea what he really thinks about us.
