Oladipo is a very good defender but lets not kid ourselves and say he is close to being a DPOY. Being too harsh on him also isn't a way to go. He has a lot of potential and I believe he can be an all star one day. He should at least become a great 6th man but he needs to adjusts his expectations and become more consistent. I think he is putting too much pressure on himself. He is also playing a bit too much hero ball for my liking. He just needs to let the game come to him,relax and keep working on his game. Victor is capable of doing almost everything but he just needs to make smarter decisions.
