What about Gordon? That's the rookie/sophomore game right?

Screwed by the limitations of this us/world setup and also by skiles taking so long to start him. The setup probably helped get Mario in though.

Fascinating that the makeup of the "USA" team is 6 guards, 2 Centers and 2 Forwards. Odd.

US team was guard heavy last year, too. I hate this setup... they're all nba players, why separate them like it's the olympics.

Casual fans want to see the most notable names. Hardcore fans don't want watered down talent pool or unbalanced teams on either side. I think it's more to appeal to the growing foreign fans by giving young foreign players a big stage to shine. I prefer blue/red, just don't let shaq/barkley/webber pick teams.

That's pretty bogus. But then again, I wonder if either of them would get in if it were Rooks vs Sophs.

Excited.

Hopefully, some other Magic players get into other events.

AG should have been in this game. Unfortunately he never stood a chance.

He's just not ready yet for this.

Not many rookies in the game. Pretty sophomore heavy.

This is voted on by coaches, so it's not like someone had a grudge against him specifically. Hopefully he does the dunk contest.

Will Elfrid's motor even make it to Toronto? The gas might be on empty.

His motor actually really sucks in these games though, especially in that skills comp where he could've won if he did anything but walk.
