Seems to me you did a much better job than HC and after two good games by your boys he wanted to jumo in and reap the reward but failed miserabely. I'm much younger than you so I'm not really in a position to tell you this, but life isn't always fair.
Keep doing what you're doing, it looks like you're pretty good at it. You'll be rewarded soon enough. Hell, if the boys are playing that much better than last year that's a reward in itself if you ask me.

You have to love the CBA

Is Beas nuzzling his neck? WTF?

My gym work at the moment is pretty nonexistent. I hit the treadmill once a week.... Too much heavy lifting caused some breakdowns. Having to recover. Will go medium weight at most for a while when I get back.

I'm getting back in shape starting tomorrow when my preworkout comes in the mail, for the fire academy that starts in a couple of months. Got all kinds of crazy advice and tips from body builders, fire fighters, nutritionist, etc. And they all said that more or less to do what you're doing; lifting medium weight instead of going heavy to avoid injury. Fire fighters have all but banned me from doing shoulder workouts beyond 135lbs on barbell and nothing beyond 50lbs with dumbells though, lols. I'm a giant, so I have that going for me. Lots of plymoetrics and lots of sprinting. It's gonna suck.

Which? Craze for me was the GOAT in preworkouts. To bad they banned it and the founder imprisoned.

I tried mesomorph, the original one with dmaa and liked it, but couldn't find it. So I got ENGN by Evlution Nutrition since it's rated high and they had a special that ended yesterday; buy one 30 serving container and get two 8 serving packs for free.
I was gonna pick up some other things like Syntha-6, bcaa, etc. But i'll be getting plenty of protein and nutrients with my diet and just get them as time goes on.
