I don't consider Embiid to have any value until he proves he can actually play basketball again, and not need his foot amputated at some point. And a 3-big rotation of Okafor/Griffin/Noel could be darn good. You do have a point about Griffin not being happy with the move.

The problem with doing a trade on our own for blake like I said we use up more assets and we don't have anyone to hold us over till he comes back from the hand injury. Unless we make another deal somewhere.
You're right about the hand for this season, but I would absolutely do that for the future. We could even flip Crawford at the deadline to a contender to regain a 2017 pick.
