.
I will be the guy who take the hit for the rest of the board. Consider this the game thread.

Wiz will be wearing their Lunar New Year unis -- they look tight.

Read that Jay Bilas will be calling the game for ESPN. Looking forward to his breakdown of the Wiz players as we get destroyed. :D

Those uniforms trigger me. My grandfather fought in WWII. Somebody ban them.

I'll be in the hizzy tonight. And I'm calling it as a reverse juju game.

Wiz have absolutely no chance.

Wiz will win.

Wouldn't mind spending some time in the universe where Gilbert Arenas coin flip had him stay with the Warriors.

What would have happened to Washington, where would Golden State be now?

To think that at some point the Warriors were basically the Wizards west.

I still find the typeface used for the Wizards numbers and lettering awful. The overall design of the uniforms has been a welcome change from the former Wizards colors, but I probably would have preferred a palette that was closer or identical to the Bullets.

That's exactly like blaming Martin Luther King. How can you look at yourself in the mirror? :noway:

Unleash Jarell, I hope he is part of some secret strategy to unleash a 3-point rain of fire. I also hope that John does not try go toe-to-toe with Stephen trying to shoot.

The Wizards have been getting lit up by guards lately -- Isaiah Thomas, Kyle Lowry, and even Mudiay had good games. If they're not careful, Steph might get 60 and sit for the entire 4th quarter.

Considering we're favorites to lose we should try something new

Beal(highly doubt it, so sessions)
Wall
Oubre
Porter
Gortat

Let curry piss beal off, I really like when beal plays personal
Wall should guard klay to be disruptive in the lanes, he's the 1st guy that theyll try to switch off so he shouldn't guard curry at the beginning of posesssions
Same with oubre in the lanes...and oubre vs Barnes, honestly would be a great matchup athletically
Porter guard draymond...make him figure out how to use his length to an advantage

With this lineup the switches won't be so drastic...
No one can guard curry, but Atleast our 2-4 switches can have Atleast a speed or length advantage on the other guys

I don't want to see Dudley starting vs draymond, we need length and activity vs him
And when the Warriors go with igu and draymond at the c...
We let sessions run the point...and let porter be our big man downlow(I know it's crazy, but we're going to lose anyway right?)

Every def rebound should be a run in transition every time, we're not good enough offensively to beat them with sets...but we are the 2nd best transition team

The Celtics to me is they're strongest matchup and that's cause they're all young athletic players, same with bucks, even with the Pistons sorta...

Offensively attack the basket, exploit curry...wall needs to play Iso ball against him...make his help come...with the younger guys we would have more slashing and cuts...throw some oops, play with ENERGY

Golden state honestly play nba pickup ball...by that I mean, they play like its a game of 32( or 21) instead of a 48min nba game...they come out swinging, and don't stop til they built a lead...sub when they sub!...they're offense is based on exploiting matchups, and hitting the open man when help Comes... DONT DOUBLE TEAM...
make them work offensively, slow down they're possessions...

With the bench make them beat us at the line...foul away, limit they're tempo, protect the paint with aggressiveness...

Most importantly be active...and if you're guarding curry, REACH nonstop...every time he attempts a dribble move...he's so good off the dribble because defenders are too scared of his shot to disrupt it...make him throw up the pretty floaters...but don't double team him at all
Pay your beals....or its lights out!!!
Bron, Bosh, Wade is like Mike, Hakeem, barkley...3 top 5 picks from same draft
mike, hakeem and Barkley on the same team!!!!

Curry and Thompson are going to be fired up about playing the Wizards and their self proclaimed best young backcourt, I fully expect things to get ugly for Washington tonight.
