Watching Drummond smile as he gets called for traveling while we are getting blown out. He has to start getting mad when we are losing, somebody needs to get mad when we are losing. Someone needs to step up and become the leader of this team..

Yeah, if the other team crashes the offensive glass and Drummond doesn't get the rebound it usually leads to a pretty easy putback for them.
