Suns should trade Bledsoe as he will be regressing before youngsters are ready to compete. I'm not against trading Knight too but only for a good value.

It's not that he'll be regressing in a couple of years, I just don't like him being injury prone and, to be honest, his playing style.

I reckon I was one of the porters who demanded to select Kaminsky. I still believe he would have been a good fit here (or anywhere), but obviously, Booker was a much better pick.
Regarding the Watson subject, I got deeply confused about the firing of Hornacek when we have already played 5/8 of the season. I thought it was a nonsense. Now I see that probably we have a good coach who can get the best of both worlds: develop young players, still lose games and build a winning feeling among the players (within the franchise would be a different thing), which is so important for them not to get used to losing.
He is handling this Morris situation well (just one game, but it looks totally different) and he is going to strenght the good points this roster has: two really great men, a PF who can do several things on the court and is quicker than most rivals, and two young kids that now have to play a ton of minutes because there is no other player to do so.
In the end, this season, with the injuries of both Bledsoe and Knight, could be of a great importance for the future of this team.
Bledsoe, Goodwin, Booker and McRae could form a good backcourt someday. We can leave Knight here, but I believe he should be traded. It is not only that he only looks for himself, it i also that he does not seem to help the youngsters at all with tips and advice.
Then if we could only get rid of Tucker and get any decent SF, and also Warren (who I agree with some of you, has to diversify his game by 100% and be able to do many more thnigs than trying to put the ball into the hole).
Morris and Leuer are a good pair of PFs... and Len can play there some.
Then we have Chandler and Len, that seem like the perfect fit together. A veteran who is tough and is a good defensive player with a young, still developing Len who is not tough enough and who should develop a better offensive game. One going down in his career... the other almost getting started...
Let's play up this season, get Booker and Goodwin all the playing time they can tolerate, let's show Morris some confidence, let's try different things by playing Len at the PF, Leuer at the C with Morris at the 4... and then let's try to figure out strenghts and weaknesses and decide whether we should trade Knight, Knight and Bledsoe, Bledsoe, change the coach and who we should get in June's draft, although I believe at this point we have more than enough talent and assets to get us a good roster.
