He needs to be better at rebounding. He and Noel can't coexist together.

There. I think I picked up where we left off.

I want to see more of Oak and Noel playing together period. I don't care if it is ugly ....we have to see it. I want to see more of Oak at the 4 too.

Rebounding is a concern. Needs to be bad and physical out there. Being in foul trouble last two games is good sign.

He's been struggling offensively ever since that recent break he had.

I also notice our guards are making opposing team pay when they front Jah. They can drive to the lane with out the help defense from Jah's man.

-27 tonight against WAS, one of the worst games I've seen him play. Has been slumping since he sat out two games after a really good January.

Needs to see the whole floor better, on both ends.

I totaly agree. He's been on a slump on offense. He's been playing super weird on offense like he continues to set picks instead of opting to roll after the pick he set. Or he would set-up for an Iso with some dribble moves then later opt to hand it out to his teammates with the clock running down.

If it continues, he needs to focus more on rebounding and defense. Where a work in progress.

The defensive concerns are highly visible.

Jahlil Okafor had -54NetRtg and 145DRTG against the Wizards.

Was OK with individual defense specially defending shots below 6ft and 10ft around -16to-18% diff%. Problem lies in defensive rotations and miscommunications on defense.

Yep he was downright lazy and just uninterested tonight. Very disappointed in him these last three games. He's acted like he doesn't want to be here. Absolutely awful tonight! Had a solid first quarter, I thought.."ok, continue it, but he got ownedby Gortat. I've noticed he struggles against guys that can bully him back (Sullinger, Gasol(s), Gortat). It's all a learning process for him. If he wants to be here, he'll rise above it and get back to ballin. Guy really needs the all star break more than anyone on this team. He really needs to finish strong this last week. He'll be alright.

He doesn't have that "joy" on the offensive end anymore. Big difference compared to the Knicks&Blazers games.

seems like he is going through the same stuff Noel did earlier...

y'kno being played out of position and all that. I'm not saying Jah is bad and should be shot out of a cannon but yo neither guy will be able to prosper if this is how they have to go. Neither guy is capable to sacrifice a major aspect of their game and not stink up the joint at this point in their careers.

Both guys need to realize that the guy with best possibility to play the 4 spot will stay. Well, maybe they want out.

Let alone traditional and advaced stats.
Let alone his skilled post play.
To me, as sixers fan, the hardest part in trusting and cheering for Jah, is that I can't see his heart.

Really, he looks like a nice player who's trying to shape out his own play.
But when the team needs him mostly, he tends to desapear.
I know he's a rookie, maybe he's hitting the rookie wall, but I dont' feel the game when I'm watching him.
Noel is different.

^I've thought the same thing about him at times, but I think that is just who he is. He doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve, yet I could see the frustrations mounting last night. No, I don't think lack of heart is the issue (unless it's rebounding).
