I don't trust McDonough and Sarver to keep the pick even if we win the lottery.

I would try disconnect their phones.

We'll end up with the 2nd or 3rd worst odds and end up drafting 4th. We'll trade Knight for front court help and pick Dunn.

Philly has spent their last 4 high picks on their front court:

F/C Noel
F Saric
C Embiid
C Okafor

If they land a top 3, I wonder if they draft one of Simmons/ Bender/ Ingram? Adding another big seems completely redundant.

Perhaps they'd trade down to 4 to land Dunn, given PHX/ LAL/ BOS would all probably prefer front court help.

We are not catching Philly or the Lakers, but Brooklyn is firmly in our sights. Its still all a roll of the dice anyway though. We could win every game from here out and Minny or Sacramento could still have the first pick.

I like the sounds of that :D It's like are tracking prey.

The Lakers have Kobe. He ain't going out like some B for a draft pick. We might be number two odds at the end of the day.

We can catch the Lakers. Not necessary to catch Philly. They will not get the #1 :D

Ingram isn't much of a big. Could play a bit of 4 but he looks to be a tall 3 in the same vein as Durant. And also Philly seems to be intent on getting the best talent available regardless of position, as they're still trying to get that premiere superstar.

Try to stay positive, brosef. We're bound to get lucky some day. This is the year we win the lottery and add Ben Simmons to our team.

Nets blow late lead in Philly. Wolves losing to the Butler-less Bulls with 2 min left.

Yes, two games lead on Wolves
brooklyn is just a sad history right now... I dont even know what to expect for them in any given night.
i cant even imagine their fans trying to watch this misery.
they're losing to give a superstar for another team... completely disgusting

Yeah I think we can hold them off for the 4th worst record but we ideally need at least close to a 50% shot of a Top 3 pick for the tank to be worth it. I can just picture us dropping to 7th and pickking Ellenson
