This was suppose to be the 3 game stretch that would de-rail Leicester's hopes (according to some):
Beat Liverpool
Are crushing City at Etihad
At Arsenal next week
If there was ever a time to believe, it's now.

I wonder if the City players have their mind in the summer already, with Pep coming in.

Yeah, you guys need to keep on pushing.
And I doubt that the City players really think about the summer, cause this year is their chance at titles and quite a few don't even know if they're really in Pep's plans.
I mean, that whole midfield of Toure and the two brazilians is something I don't ever see being to Peps liking, for example.

I suppose, I just wonder if these guys have given up on Pellegrini knowing that he's gone soon.

City's midfield has been absent today. Absolutely embarrassing.

I'm a casual fan at best, with my knowledge of Leicester City limited to the FIFA series...how are they doing this?

Looked great today. Hope they can keep it up.

I think it's a combination of good coaching, some emerging talents and confidence.

Ranieri has that team playing to their strengths. Generally, they play a counter-attacking style, predicated by absorbing pressure and attacking quickly. Their back four, particularly Huth and Morgan, have been rock solid all season long and have proven a good foundation for that style. The goalkeeper Schmeichel has also been excellent.

Leicester are successful against the so-called 'top' clubs because they commit numbers in attack, and tend to go out and try to dominate possession and the midfield, which plays right into Leicester's hands. Of course, it's not like Leicester are the first team to try to counter-attack in the Premier League, but they're playing it extremely well, largely thanks to Vardy and Mahrez being ideal for that style. That, combined with a whole lot of confidence (largely thanks to their incredible escape from relegation last season and fast start this season), and you have a team in position to win the league.

This is how you make a run for trophy. Confident, don't give up your own strategy doesn't matter who you play against, just play YOUR football. Arsenal and Arsene Wenger have a lot to learn from Leicester and Ranieri.

Good for them. I hope they will finish top.

They just absolutely fit into Leicesters plans with their ball dominant style and that's why this happened.
Ranieri's also done a great job drilling them defensively playing mainly 4-4-2 but also shifting into a 4-3-2-1 depending were the opponents are trying to attack from.

Anyways, over here in Germany we get about two EPL games a weekend on SkY(though, they've lost the rights to it starting next season) and thanks to Klopp taking over Liverpools games are always broadcasted.
So I'm currently able to watch the Reds and their glorious fight for eight place. :noway:

Liverpool should probably change their nickname from The Reds to The Hamstrings or Hammies.

The fixtures toughen up a bit soon. Top 4 is top priority, but if we can keep in touch with Leicester across these fixtures, we still have a chance of winning it ourselves.

If we don't win tomorrow and afobe scores against us .. I dont know what i'll do. Need to win going into the Leicester game next weekend.

if flamini touches the pitch tomorrow .. I will not watch the game. I'm done with our midfield being outplayed every single game cause of that clown. Wenger has cost us too many points by relying on the 2 worst CMs in the league.

It crucial for tou guys that Chelsea beat Man United tomorrow. 7 points. Can't see this Man United squad turning that deficit around like Arsenal has done so many times. They play a tinpot Danish team in the EL so they'll get a couple of Thursday-Sunday games as well, that's a killer. The Mourinho rumours also wont help them.

Btw interesting fact: Huddersfield Town has won more English league titles in their history than the current PL top 2 combined.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

United have been pretty good today.

Some great saves from both keepers, mind.

edit: Costa levels it up in stoppage time

Good result for Spurs if it stays this way.
