James Andersons good defense on Lebron is being squandered by players going through the motions. Oh well.

Improved perception of the job from potential coaching candidates and free agents.

I think your also assuming Corliss is a dead end

It's actually a chance to try out another coach to see if he'll be good.

Corliss is a fan favorite, and it's who has been personally working out with Cousins. He's intelligent, likeable, and unlike the Corbin situation IMO there isn't the foregone appearance he won't have a shot

I actually have high hopes for Corliss but I'm trying to not get excited about an intern HC with no HC experience.

All they need right now is a coach that the players feel like isn't trying to hammer them into a poor style of play for them. I don't know how many innuendos about the play style from the players we need before this just turns into that "trade me" phase from the players.

Which is why i have high hopes, Corliss was here with Malone, he's seen it work.

I predict another 3rd quarter turnaround with a not so bad looking 10 point loss. Just enough hope to keep hanging on! LOL.

kings arent even competing
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

They haven't for an entire game for about a month, and for the last week or so it's been for a 5 minute spurt here and there. They mostly come back and make it a game with about 8 minutes left. We'll see if that too is gone now.

This business should have been handled after Fridays loss. Any longer is just making that much more impossible for the next person up.

They want to give the interim the all star break, ain't that customary? Give them the days to prepare

OK, but change could maybe spark some all out effort and a win before that. Honestly, if they have any hopes of making the post season they need to get as much game time and practice time with the new coach as possible. Waiting does nothing at this point. Any second in a new direction is an asset from here on out.
