I still don't buy the "godfather offer of picks" to move up a handful of spots. But yeah, we passed on a lot of young talent to take the awkward guy that's 3-4 years older than them. I'm definitely concerned.

i dont really buy that either...the most irritating part of that whole thing is that it was last minute. we didnt' interview him or work him out.

i like the guards push the tempo, it makes offense so much easier
and the ball movement is quick too...

I was concerned about fit and that has nothing to do with PJ. MKG's slashing, decision making, and passing has been an awesome upgrade at that end. Maybe I needed to see this kind of contrast to realize MKG makes his teammates better. They're playing more organized on both ends since his return. That is partly do to having fresh legs and more depth as everyone got healthy around the same time. At any rate, MKG is a much better passer and slasher than I remember.
