I remember that article talking about how Luc Mbah a Moute and he were the leading switchers in the league and Covington is really freaking good at it too. He's really contained the Kings PG's when he's switched. He and Grant would be great steps in making Karls defense work.

So who are you trading to get Covington and Grant?

It feels like they didn't even play hard tonight? Cousins was not into it at all! And yet the still win. Lol

His defense hasn't been very good but it wouldn't be as big of a problem if team defense was halfway decent. Keeping Rondo might end up being the best option. We have no shot at Conley and the next best free agent point guards (Jennings and D-Will) aren't clearly better than Rondo.

That's the problem. Maybe a 3rd team involved in a Gay trade? But if it's the end swap you can't trade out Gay for Covington and Grant from a talent perspective most likely. It wouldn't be easy.

Uh, they played the Sixers. Say it with me, the SIXERS. The same Sixers that are supposedly tanking right at the end of games themselves. This game really looked no different than any of the other games. The Kings got hammered in all the areas they typically get hammered in the only difference is this time Acy got time and made huge plays for the team and changed the energy.

I don't know, it's going to be tough on a team if their PG is as bad as he has been. It's like he's not even there at times. I hate to say it, but he's probably the worst PG in stopping penetration that this team has had since Bibby. :o

Oh I wasn't trying to be positive here... Just can't believe how this season spun out of control so fast.

I'm wondering if the team isn't better with DC starting, as the starting lineup last year was great. Maybe Seth or another backup and spending that cap elsewhere than Rondo's big deal he might command

You are right though about the fact that the team defense is so bad that I don't know if Rondo can be masked in a better system

I'll still give Rondo the slight benifit of the doubt for now

Sometimes when I'm watching the games I say to myself "WOW! Where would this team be without Rondo!" and them sometimes when I'm watching the games I say "wooooow, where would this team be without Rondo"
