I'm surprised by Book's playmaking ability, but also not really at the same time. Watched a lot of Kentucky last year (Knicks sucked and they're in the SEC / were stacked), and Book's ability to always be in the right place at the right time really stood out to me. IMO, that spoke to his BBIQ. I thought he'd be a good passer based off of his BBIQ, but he's been better than simply "good."

I like that Booker got in. US Team is gonna be doing some serious small ball action. They got the shooters there.

I might be the biggest Booker fan in this thread and even I will say hell no. Steph Curry has that one locked up even if they ask him to wear a blindfold while shooting it.

If Curry wasn't participating in it, it may have actually been fun to see who wins it. But because he's in it, 2nd place is the only thing that will be really be competitive and exciting to see who gets it.

Yea Booker should have made it initially the first time but at least he's in it now as Noel's replacement.

In fairness to the NBA, Devon Booker did not play much in the beginning of the season.

Booker is def. breeding alpha on the court. The Suns need to figure out things with their contracts, esp. Chandler, Morris, and either Bledsoe or Knight.

It's a moot point now but based on their play other than efficiency Russell is outplaying Booker at almost everything so not sure what you're looking at.

KAT is 12th in the league in PER. That's amazing for a 20 year old rookie who's playing 30 minutes a night.

Once the full restraints come off its gonna be ugly and its pretty friggin hideous already.

His minutes have gone up over the last 1-2 weeks, just out of necessity due to Garnett and Pekovic missing time. There are times in the stretch he gets into early foul trouble and he has to sit, but mostly he's been taking an increased workload.

yeah the fouls I figured he would struggle with because even at UK he was too handsy defending guards on the switch. He still has some of those same habits in the league but its nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be.

Going forward who's your preference on who the offense gets ran through in Minn? Towns or Wiggins?

yeah same thing I was thinking when watching the Wolves play. They can pretty much do damage from the same spots on the floor and in similar ways. Wiggs is no slouch with the pass but Karl is better there and even though Wiggs has shown flashes of that killer instinct everybody is so insistent on him having game in and game out I think KAT's might be stronger at this stage and going forward. I've yet to see any hesitation in that kid regardless of the moment or competition.

Curry's clearly without question the best 3 point shooter on that roster, as he's clearly the GOAT 3 point shooter! However in this contest you have 60 seconds to make buckets, naturally it's one which can go right or wrong for any player. The year when Belinelli won it, he clearly wasn't the best shooter, but he had the best performance.

I have Curry as my easy favourite, but there's also a good chance Curry doesn't win it.

Durant was right this Unicorn is indeed a rare and unusual sighting, Porzingis is the freak of all freaks how.can a 7'3 guy with a 7'6-7'7 wingspan handle the rock like a guard and shoot lights out? That's not even possible it bewildered me how this guy was not taken no.1 overall, great pick by Jackson and the Knicks, very impressive kid.
