Good result for Spurs if it stays this way.

Yeah, it worked out.
Next weekend there'll be Arsenal vs Leicester and Citeh vs Spurs.
Should be interesting.

They certainly have a bit more resilience than earlier in the season. Late equalisers in succession always do a lot for confidence.

Still, if they couldn't beat them at their best (and narrowly beat them the year before), I do wonder. Wouldn't count them out like you said, but it'll be difficult. That said, PSG aren't exactly tested week-in-week-out in the mickey mouse Ligue 1, they're 24 points clear of Monaco. That's only 6 points less than Chelsea have in total.

[tweet]https://twitter.com/theScore/status/697077047370391553[/tweet]

The money-spinning English top flight is ending its 12-year association with Barclays bank in favour of becoming a 'clean brand' and will from now on be known simply as 'the Premier League'.

The new logo -- a crowned lion's head gazing to the right, accompanied by either the words 'Premier League' or 'PL' -- will replace the current logo of a lion with its left paw on a football.

Not a big fan of the font. Looks a bit insurancey. The lion's alright.

Bundesliga has the nicest league logo, imo.

Not too convinced by PSG. Zlatan tends to bottle in the CL KO rounds, especially against English teams. Even Michael Dawson had him in his pocket ffs.

In other news, West Ham and Bilic go on to the next round in the FA Cup after victory against Liverpool and Mourinho very close to the Man Utd job according to the media. I think he really, really wants to get one over Guardiola(again) and that is more important for him than going to a CL-club.

That's it exactly! It looks like an Insurance Company, not a sports league.

Hey, Dawson was a beast in 2010/11.

Yeah I was surprised when I saw that the BBC were reporting that Mourinho is in negotiations with United. They're usually very reliable. The club themselves have rubbished it, but we'll see. I'm hoping it happens so they won't try and tap Poch up, seems like they're sniffing around and Ferguson's been talking him up.

that logo isn't too bad but its going to look terrible on the kits. The old logo looked awesome on kits...... guess I get to save some money now ... or get the CL patch.

Huge weekend of football coming up. City vs. Spurs at the Etihad, Arsenal vs. Leicester at the Emirates.

It's a chance for United to gain some ground on the leading pack against the mackems at least, but they'll probably blow it.

What awful?

LvG is lying a great foundation to the team. Next manager will pick it up from where he will be leaving off.

That's what he did with Bayern. LvG was the real reason for Heynckes run with Bayern.

These are not my opinions though. Some trolls were telling me these things lmao.

First time United have ever lost to Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in the league

Van Gaal setting more records than Moyes!

Payet really is a top class player. Did his part to claw back a 2-2 draw against Norwich.

Still, a good result for Spurs again. Even if we lose to City we're still 7 points safe of 5th.

Matic still starting. At least its not Matic and Mikel together. Mikel and Oscar being saved for PSG. Probably the only thing saving us from a Mikel-Matic pairing vs PSG is the fact that Matic is suspended.

Pedro getting his first start in a while and Hazard is back in the starting lineup.

Costa with a broken nose and a mask.

Still no Pato. What was the point of that loan again?

Oh, and guess what, not a single youth player in the lineup of a fairly meaningless game. Kenedy, Loftus-Cheek, Baba and Traore all on the bench.

It's baffling. A season where you now have nothing to gain in the league, but are extremely unlikely to be relegated, what harm could possibly be done in giving the young lads an extended run out? Keeps the regulars fresh for the CL, and you get a chance to look at your prospects agaisnt PL opposition.
