Gym pics?
My gym work at the moment is pretty nonexistent. I hit the treadmill once a week.... Too much heavy lifting caused some breakdowns. Having to recover. Will go medium weight at most for a while when I get back.

Fitness... well not really, more of a habitual thing. I use to be a Boxer and would do over the top things to keep that psychological advantage that most don't have. I don't box anymore but I still keep that work ethic(I still go to the gym to spar and etc.), I would probably freak if I felt like I was slippin' lol

QUIZ wrote:Does anybody have any tips for a beginner like me when it comes to weight training?
I've lost a lot of weight through dieting over the past 7 months but I want to start getting into lifting weights.
I really am a beginner, I have no base. I've literally never lifted in my life.
Thanks in advance.

What about cardio? Anything you do in that regard. If you were trying to cut instead of bulk for example.
