We get a backup PG & SG, both add shooting on cheap deals, and Jack can be waived in the summer.

Maybe Ellington and Jack. Larkin is on a cheap deal and playing pretty well. I don't see the incentive for the Nets to dump him.

Isn't Jack injured? Do we really want another rehabbing backup?

He is an exp contract (team option next yr).

Bkn wouldn't be dumping Larkin, they'd be trading him for Jennings.

Honestly, I'd probably trade Jennings just for Ellington. His added shooting off the bench would help more than BJ imo

Anyone else sensing BJ's potential contract offers are getting a little smaller by the week? We get farther and farther from the torrid stretch he had for us, while he looks ordinary or even bad at times.

One perspective is that we can get two players that help us more than the actual Jennings.

The other is that this Jennings level would allow us to sign him at a really good prize and he will probably be better than the players we could get trading him.

I really don't think Jennings has played well enough to have serious trade value, and I also don't think expirings have particularly impressive trade value either.
