He will be frustrating as a scorer, much like Oladipo, but he should provide consistent playmaking for the bench unit. But in every way he is an upgrade over Napier, and hopefully pushes Payton to improve.

We needed a guy who we can give the ball to and get a score, especially when we're blowing huge leads, and we have one now. This move also improves our back up PG rotation.
