Reading all those tweets, he sounds like a Capitalist at heart.

I've come across a bunch of people that are Canadian or living in Canada that get frustrated with the Canadian way of life because they have more of a Capitalist mentality.

I say go ahead.....move to the USA.

I knew he was a bit ashamed to be "part" Canadian but those tweets are unbelievable. It'd be one thing if he came from a poor/corrupt country where he had no opportunity and somehow "made it" to the US, which gave him his big shot for which he is forever grateful. It's another to talk that way about Canada, where his brother still makes a (great) living. Did something REALLY bad happen to him here? Because the idea that he harbours ill will to Canada because at TSN they focused too much on hockey is a joke.

I can't believe the disdain he shows for the place he was born and raised, and whose country he played for! Minneapolis without ESPN? That comment doesn't even warrant a response.

This guy has some sad inferiority complex and it's really disgraceful to be honest. It's one thing to just stay silent on the matter, it's another to spend this much time uptalking the US and insulting his birthplace.

I didn't see a single person criticize Mark for moving to the US.

No one said anything negative about Adnan Virk or the Basketball Jones guys or any of the other Canadian sportcasters who moved down to the US to take jobs.

All the criticism is about Mark hating on Canada or being a douche bag.

Its very odd situation considering his brother is a proud Canada and works for NBA TV Canada. Something happened. Thats the only thing that makes sense.
