Because why try and get assets since Tucker is the future!!??!

Keep spinning those tires in the mud Suns

As hard as it is to sit and wait when we're this terrible, it's not like the off-season doesn't exist still. And aside from Mirza, Price and Leuer, we don't have any expirings so it's perfectly rational and reasonable to stand pat and wait for a better deal in the offseason. We're not losing Kieff or Tucker yet, no need to rush it.

Yes, that is unreal. If there is a decent offer (low first round pick) we have to take it.

It is imperative to keep Tucker. They need him to guarantee the team's first 30+ game losing streak. If they lose Tucker, they risk winning, and that cannot happen this season.

If we trade Tucker, we better get back a real asset. He and Chandler are the leaders of this team and good locker room guys. That will be important with our youth movement.

I'd rather Tucker then a lateral swap for another role player or a mid to late first round pick that may never even get off the bench given this weak draft.

I don't get what Blazers got in the CLE/ORL trade. Varejao, who they'll waive, while the pics went to ORL??

EDIT: just read they got a conditional 1st round pic from CLE.

Wonder what kind of conditions CLE would impose with a team like they have....top 25 protected? :P

You can't still tank minus Tucker and an additional late first or a couple of second rounders? Tucker must be a good tank driver, lol.

To be quite honest, tucker isn't an "asset." Nobody is beating down the Suns door for him.

The Blazers receive a protected pick from Cleveland and Anderson Varejao (two years left on his contract, 19M).

no doubt - they have to be getting something...

Varejao gets a trade kicker - some 650k
will be waived

So, who will he go to - Toronto, GSW, the Spurs, OKC

I know. It was just a joke. I would be okay with a Markieff/Tucker to Toronto Raptors for hot dogs trade.

And they are still far behind the Warriors.

Warriors are -$25.4 million on their cap and $10 million over their tax line.

Cavs will dump Love, latest this offseason. Book it. They cant beat the Dubs or the Spurs.

If the Suns hang onto Morris and Tucker past the deadline...

...I'm fine with it. More and better possibilities on draft night

I think we'll only deal Mirza. I think Kieff and Tucker are staying put.

Anyone else get the feeling we are going to extend Kieff instead of trade him?

Lol at the thought of suns running a Knight, Tucker, Price, Morris, Chandler lineup for the rest of the season try to get to 20 wins.

Not much reason to watch for me.
