This is the Clipper's first win against a top 3 seeded team in the west. And it had to happen after the All-Star Break and Trade Deadline.

It may be after the All-Star break with sloppy play from both teams to start the game and there were significant players missing from both sides, but this was an impressive victory, nonetheless. Any time you can blow out the Spurs, it is a noteworthy accomplishment.

I know that social media is blowing up about DJ dunking on Danny Green, but I have always applauded someone that gets dunked on like this. He easily could have tried to get out of the way but instead he did everything he could to disrupt it. Now, what was CP3 doing afterwards? Was he trying to get a foul called on Green, or was he taunting him? I seriously thought a T was coming after that.

I was honestly surprised (in a good way) in how the game turned out. It didn't surprise me that both teams struggled to open the game. However the Spurs continued to struggle and we played slightly better than them until the 3rd quarter. I was happy when we went up 20, but was still guarded since there was still plenty of time left. I did get nervous once the Spurs cut into our lead in the 4th and didn't expect us to finish the game the way we did. CP3 was obviously tired but still carried the team in the 4th.

And that lob DJ dunk over Green made my night. Good win since we didn't have Blake and Spurs didn't have Leonard.

After watching the game last night and thinking about it today, I think I'm going to the casinos and doing a 6 team parlay, betting under for all six games. Some teams will have had nine days off between games!
