Hump plus contract flex plus #12-#15 pick, I think is a pretty good win.

He is non guaranteed next year right? Do you know when we have to decide on that?

I believe it's june 30th, and it will be a no from us, as he is owed something like 13 mill next season, that would be a steep price to pay for his production, unless we can use the salary for a trade (which is unlikely, see: David Lee).

No.
He is under contract with a Team Option for $4'6M . (June 30th, that is correct)
I think you has messed the numbers because his contract was $13M / 3 years.

I think he is a good option to have like a bench player next season because players like Leuer or Teletovic can make around $7M per year with the new cap and they are not better than Humphries.

You always need a veteran frontcourt player that plays hard and is good enough on the bench to play 15 minutes in a game here and there.

^ Tks for clearing it up Saber. In this case I can see us keeping him, as we only have Chandler/Len to rebound and they are both injury prone a bit.

Earl Watson has already lost this team of talented players as they under-perform on a nightly basis, just like Hornack lost them and had to be fired. 8-)

We are only bad to watch when Booker doesn't play well.

Yeah. We really miss Markieff and Horny. They were the two that were holding everying together.

No, he would only be owed $4.6 million. http://hoopshype.com/salaries/phoenix_suns/

I'd probably bring him back if it's only 4.6. Not much with the new cap.

Archie couldn't run any offense with pressure from Beverley and they trapped Booker on pick-and-rolls, so he couldn't do anything. Result... ugly offense. Also 91 FTs attempted (most in any game this season) Overall it was an ugly, tough to watch game.

Humphries was always a superb rebounder.
Just sucks that his release is SOOO slow, he needs to be wide-wide open to launch them.
