JJ Hickson/Randy Foye.....Appreciation thread

Post#1 » by Powder Blue » Sat Feb 20, 2016 5:36 am

Well the two biggest reasons I didn't like watching the Nuggets are gone now. Hickson at C and Foye at PG led to some of the worst Nuggets basketball of the last 10 years. Fault can't be placed all on them as they were often forced to play out of position based on poor coaching or injury but at the end of the day neither contributed much to the cause. They both maintained professionalism though, wish them the best in the future.

Wow, if this is appreciation , would hate to see an animosity thread  but at the end of the day I am also glad their Nuggets careers are over!

When my wife found out they were gone the only question she asked was who I was going to bitch about on the Nuggets now, and I could not figure it out.

I do like them both for the reports that they were both hard workers and good lockerroom guys, that helps me move past their terrible games.

I'm glad they're gone, but they deserve some credit for staying as professional as they did. They both had every excuse to complain or force their way out of there over the last few years. OKC seems like a good fit for Foye. Hopefully Hickson ens up somewhere he can at least get some playing time.
