Lol I would've never guessed that. He's a lot more measured in his responses here than he is on DT.

I can see the similarity, but that's something I always liked about it in the format here, you can be a bit more measured and well thought out.

Yeah definitely. DT seems like it has it's good things too tho if you can learn to maneuver through the chaos (crazy amount of posters, reverse chronological order, Livefyre, how difficult it is to go back to read previous convos, constant conversation, random craziness outburts etc.). I basically grew up on the internet and I can barely sit through it. Didn't expect one of the more serious posters to be able to do that.

Same, I didn't think a few people here would post over there, which is making me think about trying it again.

kraytinprime wrote:The problem with the Waiters vs Roberson debate is most Waiters supporters are thinking about the post-season.

In the regular season I see no reason not to start Roberson. But once the post-season starts teams will take full advantage of Roberson's weak shooting. Look what GSW did to Tony Allen last year. That type of devestation can occur to OKC also if Roberson starts.

Yes, Waiters is struggling. But he has more potential than Roberson. If Waiters is shooting well he is a much better overall player than Roberson.

You can present all the stats you want. But remember that Tony Allen's stats looked awesome also during the regular season. But the post season is a whole other animal. Yes Waiters is struggling. But he isn't the only reason why OKC is struggling lately.

TA's even worse than Robes on offense and his team didn't play 2 offensive juggernauts to make up for him.

Yeah I might too. Might as well since we already have Slick and Pillendreher there.

I'm a DT regular but I've been trying to go there less. It's a giant time suck once you get drawn into it.

I've pretty much given up on DT commenting except for the occasional postgame recap. Too much noise and trolling to filter out the good stuff.

Layin down the law.
PS, if you guys ever have a problem w/ me, let me know. I try not to go nuts with it around here but the new guy was just starting to derail. I let him go a few days, but he didn't seem to be calming down.

I'm trying to find some new review of Thunder, you know.....some analysis like one from bballbreakdown. But unsuccessful.
I would like to read opinion from guys who understand basketball strategies and tactics. I noticed some flaws in Donovan defensive schemes, but professional could explain problems more corectly. Before three months, one guy said to me this team is like some of Monty's.....a lot of penetration to the rim, not much of ball movement. His team had Davis and Asik(rim protectors) and again they were very bad at opponent FG% in the paint.

^this. I actually mentioned to him a while ago via PM that he was going off a bit on a guy and he backed off. Bondom will listen.

Still looking in the rearview mirror for sirens though.

That was the funniest meltdown I've ever seen.

That whole thread was just a cluster. I never knew there were Lamb fans. Apparently the Hornets board has a UConn group that love him and Kemba until the end .

Joest was the King of the Lamb fans. The other Lamb fans paid homage to that guy. And, he was in total meltdown mode. I usually don't find that stuff funny but it was so disproportionate for a role player who will probably never start in this league, I couldn't stop laughing.
