I would like to read opinion from guys who understand basketball strategies and tactics. I noticed some flaws in Donovan defensive schemes, but professional could explain problems more corectly. Before three months, one guy said to me this team is like some of Monty's.....a lot of penetration to the rim, not much of ball movement. His team had Davis and Asik(rim protectors) and again they were very bad at opponent FG% in the paint.

breakdown of a couple of the dumbest lapses against the Cavs.

That was the funniest meltdown I've ever seen.

That whole thread was just a cluster. I never knew there were Lamb fans. Apparently the Hornets board has a UConn group that love him and Kemba until the end .

Joest was the King of the Lamb fans. The other Lamb fans paid homage to that guy. And, he was in total meltdown mode. I usually don't find that stuff funny but it was so disproportionate for a role player who will probably never start in this league, I couldn't stop laughing.

Its the reason I always feared OKC picking up Lin.

At least we had sense enough to stay away from Jimmer.

Dude, you should read the Lin thread on Charlotte's board. I feel bad for the mods there, the game threads are like 3 pages of trolling.

Houston had the same thing 2 years ago. Last year the Lakers mods banned a few people. There's a dude on the gen board who is a Lin fan who does nothing but bash Kobe and Harden and prop up GSW/SAS and Lin. Its a bizarro world. He'd be a great backup PG, but I never want to deal w/ that so I never want him on OKC .

Just came to post this. Has Billy lost his mind? 'Smart player'.

It might not even be our team that lacks IQ, Seems like it's the organization as a whole. If Billy truly believes that I'm immediately moving him down there with Byron Scott, Dwayne Casey and Randy Wittman as the dumbest coaches in the league.

Not surprising that he'd say that. The guy is just a cheerleader trying to prop this roster up publicly.

I'm pretty sure that's all coming from Presti. Brooks would have said the exact same thing, only with fewer words. I wouldn't even mind it talking to the media, but the problem is the franchise seems to believe that ****. It's been our MO for years regarding player acquisitions and that's a huge problem.

If he starts tomorrow and Roberson is healthy, I'm not watching. I'll tune out until I go to the Sixers game then tune out again.

Now might be a good time to rekindle my love for the Celtics.

You want him to publicly come out and trash him? As bad as Waiters is we do need him to be somewhat competent during the playoffs for us to have any chance so destroying his confidence wouldn't be a 'smart' thing to do.

Yeah, trash him. He deserves it. He has sucked ever since he was a rookie and nothing's changed.

Something as simple as "Yes he has struggled, but that happens and he's a hard worker so he'll get over it" would be perfectly fine. Straight up denying that Dion is struggling is just awful and just makes me lose confidence in him and the organization as a whole. Theyre way more worried with playing favorites than just getting us a championship.

And how do you guys know if he's not doing that in practice behind close doors? What benefit does it give to the player, the coach, and the organization if he's publicly trashing him? I hope none of you guys work in public relations or anything similar. Just as long as he's on him hard in practice, does it matter if the public know about it?
