Watched the Cav vs Piston game today. Lebron isn't Lebron. 6 Tos, slow and not as aggressive. He was probably bothered by his back pain. Go Hornets!~

Well if Lebron is hurt then that team is pretty beatable. but I doubt it, with our luck they'll probably be super mad and Lebron go like 19/19 to pad his shooting stats .

Seems like the Cavs lost cuz of they lost the JR/KCP matchup

Remember this is the coach that kept Kemba from being an All-Star. Hopefully he goes bonkers on the Cavs!

I don't know what happens this game. But it is going to be a lot different than last game. Everybody had a good game last game. No Kemba, but MKG was front and center and really good. Lin was in Linsanity mode. Batum was playing well. Marv too. Bench played quite well with Roberts running point. Cavs lacked Dellavadova but beyond that, they were all present and pretty boneheaded at times.

But we were home then and aren't now. And Cavs will remember that game. Still, anything's possible, right?

Without MKG it will be hard for us to defend Lebron. I can see Cliffy puts Marv on him and that won't be a good matchup for Marv. Meanwhile we can just put some bed bugs to defend Kyrie.

I wonder if they wouldn't mind dropping this one to keep Chicago/Wizards out of playoffs in that 8 seed

Should pull out some of the quotes from the last game before the cavs hornets game started. Everyone was waiting for the sky to fall.

I want to pull for the win, but right now I feel myself pulling for it to be a respectable game.

Nice that we've had two days off, gave 3&Lee some extra practice time to adjust to his new team. Very much looking forward to seeing how he fits in with this team.

I find myself looking past this one, guilty of thinking the other teams fighting for 6-8 are typically gonna lose to CLE too, but that the next 7 games present a huge opportunity to lock in a playoff spot:

u want kyrie to play, there was a reason why as a leading player cavs won the lottert 3-4 yrs in a row and GW lost 2 games w/o him in the lineup.

now if we can get s/o to put some bed bug in kemba bed instead.

I looked at the last game's box score and right on top was a big reason for the win. That player. Those amount of rebounds. And that defensive presence and hustle. The player at the bottom of the lineup also was a big reason for it in not doing too much. Just the right amount. And being clutch. There's also big Frank who had an awesome game and Hawes that did some good things. But everyone played well.

Tonight there is no MKG or Hawes. Al can rebound and score, and he is the player off the bench needed to do so. But, the starters need to rebound and that means keeping Love in check. Marv did a good job last time, so maybe he'll do a good job again.

Dallevedova matters. He's a guy that hustles for loose balls, get rebounds, will D up on Lin and so forth. It'll be a different game. But rebound, defend. Lin said push the pace which certainly helped in the last game.

Yeah the GT before that game was hilarious. No one gave the Hornets a chance. Some people were waiting to see how Lin would fail after his fans asked for a chance for Lin to run the offense and that chance finally came.

As talented as the Cavs are, they do have holes. Love and Kyrie can't play defense. Delly and JR tend to get into foul trouble, etc. It's up to Cliff to explore and attack those weaknesses and make in-game adjustments instead of sticking to his usual rotation and match-ups.

Hopefully Kemba doesn't feel the pressure to do too much. We're better when he plays team ball.

I don't think anyone wanted Lin to fail. Just some got tired of Lin will do magic if he starts talk. And Lin had a fine game, definitely stepped up. And that led to look at what Lin did, he beat LeBron talk and that will definitely bring strong reactions. But MKG was just as crucial to that win as Lin was.

Lin is a box of chocolates in my opinion and can have these Linsanity type games or moments at any time. Sometimes when he starts, sometimes not. That's a great asset to have. Kemba and Lin are team mates. Both can make you excited with their play and both can annoy the heck out of you. Their roles are set and Kemba's numbers support his starting position. And he's having a great year.

I think Kemba will play like he always plays. Last game was several weeks ago. I'm not so sure he has on his mind I have to outdo Lin. Lin vs. Dallevedova may be a defining matchup tonight as Kemba and Kyrie may just cancel each other out. LeBron and Love may win their matchups. Al/Cody vs. Mozgov may be the Hornets winning that matchup. So Lin/Delly, who have a similar role on their respective teams, could be an important one. Or not. Batum is a big factor too, he plays a poor man's LeBron role for us.

Hoping for a good game but the refs are in Cavs with superstar LeBron who got blatant offensive fouls not called by refs in the Charlotte building last game.

The last thing Walker has on his mind is out playing Jeremy Lin. I assure you.

I am expecting Delly on Kemba. Kemba will be playing 40 or even 44 minutes today if the game is within 10 points.

As far as Lin go, I am expecting another game with 2 fg on like 8 to 10 attempts.

@rick_bonnell
Lue on recent loss to @hornets -- "We let our guards down because they weren't at full strength." Hornets were without Kemba and Al.

Well now we're without MKG and Hawes so how about you just keep your guard down?
