Dion rarely seems to show up against upper tier teams though (So-so against San Antonio opening night, bad against Golden State, atrocious against Cleveland). He mostly gets his numbers against average to bad teams.
That said I'm also feeling pretty pessimistic about Presti doing the right thing and jettisioning him as 95% of the GMs in the league would if in his position.
