The team is obviously not very good, however the jewel of this team is that it currently owns the #2 pick in the rookie draft as well as the 2nd pick in the 2nd round.

The way I see it, the only way to rebuild this team is to pull off a Philadelphia level tank and asset accumulation I could be interested if it doesn't bug the other GM's or the balance of the league isn't too delicate such that I would disrupt it.
