Sometimes, you just gotta tip your cap
Everyone, take a breath. I was upset for like an hour, but its just a game. I have no idea what happened (well I do, but just looking back whatever), but everyone calm down and Thunder up. Next year is another shot, and we can only hope. Just smile and enjoy the ride sometimes.

Re: Sometimes, you just gotta tip your cap
Tipping your cap is for when the other team beats you, being pissed is for when you beat yourself. Right now is the time to be pissed, especially since it's become a trend.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Re: Sometimes, you just gotta tip your cap
That sucked. I was pulling so hard for you guys. You guys played so hard and if Durant doesn't foul out, who knows? But that Curry shot he does from 30+ feet is almost unfair that he just sinks them. I do think these games will help them to learn to defend him at least from the half court line...you have to. Roberson was pretty impressive too, and Ibaka. I can't see Durant leaving for them...he wants to beat them. I would if I was him. I think he loves it there. I think he wants to win with that team and I don't think winning a championship is nearly as important to him as staying loyal,

I'm just destroyed right now. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day for basketball.

Same, tbh if it weren't for you guys I'd give up being a fan. This sucks, its like it just isn't meant to be.

I gave up for about three hours. Promised myself no more caring, watching, or posting on here until the offseason... Best three hours of my life.

Thought of it too. It would be nice, it amazes me sometimes. I'm looking forward to the season being over, see if KD leaves and its a rebuild or if he stays and its more of the same next year.
But for a good read, Voulgaris yet again killing Donovan on twitter. I'm watching NFL combine stuff to try to get away, an't handle it now.

I really hope KD stays with you. He's an all time great and I hate superteams. I want to see KD and Curry go at it for years to come.

Thanks floppy, you guys had your down years as fans, and the long timers deserve this team. These matchups are just terrible for the heart health of fans though.

I feel like as a Cavs fan, I'm in the same boat as you guys. I'm slowly losing my emotional connection with the Cavs. I'm just sick and tired of the inconsistent effort, the clashing egos, the drama, and the reliance on ISO basketball. I don't even have fun watching games anymore; it feels like a chore.
If we make the Finals again, I fully expect to get swept by the Warriors. But honestly I could see the Raptors beating us in the ECF if they manage to make it past the first round. I feel like once they leap that hurdle, they'll go on a run and expose the Cavs in the ECF.
Honestly this whole season just feels pointless because we all know how it's going to end. There's basically no chance anyone other than the Warriors hoists a trophy at the end of the year.

Good luck to you guys man. Honestly, I didn't even watch the game yesterday, and it put me in such a better mood today. If you'd try it, it really removes the stress for a couple of days. I really hope they implode somehow.

Same to you. I hope (and think) Durant stays.
And I've actually already started stopping watching Cavs games. I haven't seen a game since we played the Raptors last Friday, and I'll honestly probably hold out for another half-week or so. I just can't take the stress and frustration. It's not worth 2.5 hours of my time every other day to see the highest-paid roster in the league give garbage effort night in and night out, while refusing to adjust their play despite certain things clearly not working.

Second highest paid roster here doing the same!
